Grading a Hot Toys TMS 79 Cad Bane involves inspecting the figure for common defects such as paint transfer, chipped plastic, or loose joints, while verifying that all included accessories and display stands are present and undamaged. Unlike trading cards, 1/6th scale figures are not typically submitted to major third-party grading services like PSA or CGC for a sealed grade, so value is determined by the seller's detailed condition report and high-resolution photos. You should specifically check for "mint in box" status by ensuring the original packaging is free of shelf wear, creases, or tape repairs, as this significantly impacts the item's resale value.
