I cannot verify the authenticity of a specific physical item without inspecting it in person. The UPC 4900000000000 provided is a generic placeholder number and does not correspond to a verifiable Hot Toys product, so I cannot confirm the item's legitimacy based on the data supplied. Hot Toys typically produces its Movie Masterpiece figures in limited, numbered production runs, meaning the TMS 86 set is likely no longer in print. While it may have been available for purchase new in 2023, current stock is generally limited to remaining inventory at specific retailers or the secondary market. I cannot confirm real-time availability for this specific SKU, so you should check authorized Hot Toys retailers or collectibles marketplaces for current listings.
I cannot find reliable information on specific grading criteria or condition-checking protocols for this exact Hot Toys SKU (904943) or MPN (TMS086). Standard 1/6 scale figure inspection generally involves checking for paint transfer, joint integrity, and accessory completeness, but I cannot confirm if these specific guidelines apply to this particular release without verified manufacturer documentation.
