I cannot verify the authenticity of your specific item without physical inspection or access to the manufacturer's internal records. The SKU 909397 and MPN TMS087 do not correspond to any known Hot Toys product in public databases, and the provided UPC is a generic placeholder, which suggests the item may be a replica, a custom modification, or a mislabeled product. To authenticate it, you should compare the packaging, molding quality, and articulation against verified images of official Hot Toys releases from 2023, as the "TMS" prefix is not standard for their catalog. If the item was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller, the risk of it being a counterfeit is significantly higher.

I cannot verify the current production status or new-in-box availability of the Hot Toys TMS 87 Crosshair (SKU 909397) without access to real-time inventory data. As a 2023 release, it is likely a limited production run that may be out of print, so I recommend checking Hot Toys' official website or authorized retailers for the most accurate availability information.
I cannot find reliable information on a specific grading protocol for a Hot Toys item designated as "TMS 87 Crosshair," as this model number does not correspond to a widely recognized standard release in the manufacturer's 2023 catalog. Generally, Hot Toys figures are not graded by third-party agencies like Beckett or PSA, so value is determined by the condition of the box, accessories, and articulation points. If this is a custom or limited edition item, you should verify its authenticity and condition by inspecting the paint, joints, and included accessories for wear, as there is no standardized external grading scale for this specific SKU.
