The TMS 96 Daredevil is a 1/6 scale action figure, so it should be evaluated using standard 1/6 scale grading criteria rather than card-based scales. Inspect the figure for paint transfer, plastic stress marks, joint wear, and accessory damage, while noting that the specific condition of the included costume and weapon significantly impacts the overall grade. Since this item was released in March 2023, it is relatively new, meaning a high-grade condition typically requires the figure to remain in its original packaging with all accessories intact and no visible shelf wear.
