The Treasure Goblin Pop! Games (SKU 953) is not considered a rare item, as it is part of Funko's standard retail line rather than a limited or special edition release. It was produced in large quantities for general retail availability in 2023 and 2024. Collectors typically regard this figure as a common, mass-produced item, meaning it is widely available and not a scarce collectible.
The Treasure Goblin Pop! Games (SKU 953) is a relatively recent release from Funko, meaning its secondary market value is still stabilizing. As of recent market data, standard retail copies typically trade near or slightly below their original retail price, while sealed or rare color variants may command a premium. Because the item is from the 2023–2024 production window, exact worth depends heavily on condition, packaging integrity, and whether it is a standard or special edition.
To authenticate your Treasure Goblin Pop! Games, first verify the SKU 953 matches the official Funko catalog for the 2023-2024 release window. Inspect the vinyl for consistent molding, correct paint application, and the official Funko logo on the base. Check the packaging for the holographic seal and barcode, and compare the figure’s proportions against known authentic examples, as counterfeiters often get the scale or facial details slightly wrong. If the item lacks a verifiable serial number or the box shows signs of tampering, consider having it appraised by a third-party authentication service for a definitive verdict.
