Pop! Rocks are typically not graded by major third-party services like PSA or Beckett, so their value is determined by the condition of the sealed box rather than the individual figure. To assess condition, inspect the outer packaging for any dents, creases, or tears, and verify that the window is free of scratches or cloudiness. If the box is damaged, the item is generally considered "opened" or "damaged," which significantly reduces its market value compared to a mint, sealed example.
