To grade a Funko Pop! Television Ultraman Ace, you should inspect the vinyl figure for common manufacturing defects such as paint overspray, chipped edges, or misaligned eyes, as well as any damage to the included TV stand base. For a formal grade, submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the figure's condition on a scale from 1 to 10 based on its flaws and completeness. Be aware that the value of the item is heavily dependent on the condition of both the figure and its original packaging, so ensure the box is free of significant wear before submitting it for grading.
