I cannot provide a definitive authentication for your specific item without a physical inspection, as I am an AI. To verify the authenticity of a Funko Pop! Rocks, you should check for the official Funko logo, the "Pop! Rocks" branding, and the correct SKU number (308) on the packaging, while also ensuring the figure's paint quality and plastic finish match official product images. Funko Pop! Rocks are generally produced as limited-edition items and are not intended for long-term retail distribution. As a result, the Usher Pop! Rocks from 2023 is likely out of print and no longer available to buy new from official channels.
Pop! Rocks are small, unlicensed vinyl figures that are not graded by major third-party services like PSA, Beckett, or CGC. Because they are mass-produced novelty items, their value is determined by their condition, specifically the presence of original packaging, tags, and the absence of paint chips or mold lines. You should inspect the figure under bright light for any defects and verify that the box is unopened if you are assessing it as a sealed collectible.
