The Sideshow Collectibles Utapau Shadow Trooper is not considered rare, as it was a standard production figure released in 2011 with a large print run. Because it was widely available at retail and is no longer in production, it is generally easy to find in new or used condition on the secondary market.

Sideshow Collectibles did not produce a standalone "Utapau Shadow Trooper" figure in 2011; the company is known for high-end statues and 1/6th scale figures, while Shadow Troopers were primarily manufactured by Hasbro for the Star Wars Saga Legends line. If your item is a 1/6th scale figure, it is likely a misidentified product, as Sideshow's 2011 Star Wars releases included characters like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Darth Vader, but not Shadow Troopers. To authenticate the item, verify the manufacturer's logo, packaging, and sculpt quality against known Sideshow releases from that year, or consult a professional appraiser if the item lacks standard Sideshow hallmarks.
The Utapau Shadow Trooper was released in 2011 by Sideshow Collectibles.
The Utapau Shadow Trooper by Sideshow Collectibles is a discontinued 2011 release and is no longer in print. It is not available to purchase new from the manufacturer, and current market availability is limited to the secondary market through third-party sellers.
Sideshow Collectibles does not assign official numerical grades to their 1/6th scale figures, so condition assessment is typically done subjectively by collectors or third-party grading services. When inspecting a 2011 Utapau Shadow Trooper, check for common wear points such as paint transfer on the black armor, scratches on the clear visor, and stress fractures on the joints. You should also verify that the included accessories, such as the blaster and cape, are intact and free from yellowing or damage, as these significantly impact the figure's overall value.
