To authenticate your 2018 Vampire David Pop! (SKU 616), first verify that the figure is made of vinyl with a matte finish and that the base is stamped with the Funko logo and the number 616. Check the packaging for the correct "Movies" series branding, a barcode, and a copyright date of 2018, as Funko typically printed the release year on the box bottom or back. Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for paint chips, scratches, and seam lines, as well as verifying that the head articulation is secure and the eyes are properly aligned. You should also examine the box for any damage, dents, or shelf wear, and confirm that the window is intact and free of cracks. While third-party grading services like PSA can assign a numerical grade based on these factors, most collectors perform a visual inspection at home to assess the item's overall quality before purchase.
