Common questions about the Vanellope Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Vanellope Pop! Disney is not considered rare, as it is a standard production item from the widely available Disney Pop! series. It is regularly manufactured and sold through major retailers and the official Funko store, making it easy to find in new condition.
The value of a Vanellope Pop! Disney figure varies significantly based on its condition, packaging, and current market demand, so there is no single fixed price. As a standard, mass-produced item, it typically sells for a few dollars in retail stores, while sealed copies on the secondary market generally range from $5 to $15. Prices can spike if the figure is part of a limited edition, has a manufacturing error, or is highly sought after by specific collectors.
To authenticate a Funko Pop! Vanellope figure, first verify that the packaging is intact and features the official Funko logo, a scannable QR code, and a holographic sticker. Examine the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper joint articulation, and the correct "Funko" branding on the base, as counterfeit items often exhibit sloppy molding, off-color eyes, or missing details. While there is no single definitive test, comparing the item side-by-side with a verified authentic example or consulting a community of experienced collectors can help identify subtle manufacturing discrepancies.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Funko Pop! figure with the SKU 3. This SKU number is unusually low for a Disney character like Vanellope, which suggests it may be a data error or refers to a non-standard internal code rather than a standard retail release.
The Vanellope Pop! Disney figure is currently out of print and is no longer produced by Funko. While it is not available to buy new from the manufacturer, it can often be found on the secondary market through third-party resellers, though prices may vary based on condition and demand.
Condition-checking a Vanellope Pop! primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, as well as verifying that the figure is properly seated within its base. You should also examine the packaging for any damage, such as creases, tears, or a broken seal, since the box is a significant component of the item's value. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the figure to a professional grading service, though this is rarely done for standard Funko Pops due to the cost relative to the item's market value.
