Common questions about the Victor Geist Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Victor Geist Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's main Disney collection, meaning it was manufactured in large quantities and is widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces.
The value of a Victor Geist Funko Pop! (SKU 793) depends heavily on its condition and whether it is sold in the original box. As a standard retail item, an unopened box typically sells for around $10 to $15, while a loose figure generally commands a lower price of $5 to $8. Prices can fluctuate based on current market demand and the availability of the specific character, so checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is the most reliable way to determine its current market value.
To authenticate a Victor Geist Pop! Disney figure, first verify that the packaging displays the correct SKU number 793 and that the box is sealed with the standard Funko shrink wrap. Inspect the figure itself for consistent paint application, proper eye alignment, and the distinct Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing or misaligned parts. If the figure lacks the official Funko branding or the packaging appears to be a generic reprint, it is likely a counterfeit, and you should compare it against verified images from the manufacturer's official catalog.
I cannot find reliable information confirming a specific release date for a Victor Geist Pop! Disney figure with SKU 793. This SKU number does not correspond to a known Victor Geist figure in standard Funko Pop! catalog records, suggesting the item may be a misidentified product or a non-standard variant.
Victor Geist Pop! Disney figures are no longer in print and are not available to buy new from Funko. This specific character was part of a limited production run, meaning the only way to acquire one now is through the secondary market, such as resale platforms or collector-to-collector sales.
Condition-checking a Victor Geist Pop! Disney involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, and verifying that the eyes are properly aligned and free of defects. You should also examine the box for any damage, such as dents, creases, or missing flaps, as box condition significantly impacts the item's value. For a formal grade, you must submit the sealed figure to a professional third-party grading service, which will assign a numerical score based on the condition of both the figure and its packaging.
