No, the Walt Disney with Drawing Pop! Icons (SKU 74) is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from Funko's 2022 Pop! Icons series, which was widely available in retail stores and online marketplaces. While specific color variants or exclusive releases might be harder to find, the standard version of this figure is common and easily accessible for collectors.
The value of the 2022 Funko Pop! Icons Walt Disney with Drawing (SKU 74) fluctuates based on market demand and condition, but it typically retails for approximately $12 to $15. As a standard release from a popular series, it does not command a significant premium over its original retail price, and its worth is generally best assessed by checking current completed sales on secondary marketplaces like eBay.
Funko Pop! Icons are generally mass-produced items with lower production values than standard vinyl figures, so authentication primarily involves verifying that the packaging is intact, the SKU 74 matches the official 2022 release, and the figure exhibits the correct paint application and sculpt details without signs of third-party modification. Because these items are widely available and not typically high-value collectibles, there is no specialized third-party grading service for them, and you should rely on visual comparison with official Funko product images to confirm authenticity.

To condition-check a Walt Disney with Drawing Pop! Icons, inspect the vinyl figure for any mold lines, paint imperfections, or scratches, paying close attention to the drawing accessory which is prone to chipping. Verify that the figure is securely seated within the window box and that the box itself is free from significant dings, creases, or faded printing. While third-party grading services exist for high-value items, most collectors assess the condition of standard Pop! Icons by comparing the item to retail photos and checking for common manufacturing flaws.
