The value of the Whitney Houston (Debut) Pop! Icons figure varies significantly based on condition, with sealed copies typically trading between $15 and $30 in the current secondary market. Authenticating a Funko Pop! requires checking the box for the official Funko logo, a clear barcode, and a holographic sticker on the bottom of the box, as well as inspecting the vinyl figure for consistent paint application and the correct "Funko" logo on the base. Since the Pop! Icons line is a specific premium series, verify that the packaging matches the 2022 release standards for SKU 25, which typically features a distinct box design compared to standard Pop! Vinyls. If the figure lacks these specific manufacturing markers or the box appears to be a generic reprint, it is likely a counterfeit.

Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Icons figure primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface scratches, paint chips, and mold lines, as well as verifying that the eyes and mouth are properly aligned. For a formal grade, you should submit the figure to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will evaluate the item's overall appearance and assign a numerical score from 1 to 10. Be aware that Pop! Icons figures are typically larger and more detailed than standard Pops, so minor imperfections may be more visible and impactful on the final grade.
