Common questions about the Wilden Lightfoot Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Wilden Lightfoot Pop! Disney figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item from the Disney+ series *The Mysterious Benedict Society* that was released as part of a regular retail run. While specific production numbers can vary by year, this figure is widely available in the secondary market and does not carry the limited-edition status that defines rare Funko items.
The Wilden Lightfoot Pop! Disney (SKU 723) is a standard retail collectible that typically sells for $10 to $15 in new, sealed condition. Because this figure is not a rare variant or a limited edition release, its value does not significantly exceed its original retail price, and used copies generally trade for less.
To authenticate your Wilden Lightfoot Pop! (SKU 723), examine the paint quality, ensuring colors are vibrant and not bleeding into the seams, and verify that the figure's proportions match official Funko product images. Check the base for a clean, molded logo and confirm the packaging includes the correct SKU number and copyright date. While there is no single definitive test for home collectors, significant deviations in weight, texture, or packaging details often indicate a counterfeit.
Funko does not publish specific release dates for individual Pop! figures in its official records, so there is no verified public date for the Wilden Lightfoot figure (SKU 723). While collectors often track release windows based on retailer stock availability, these dates are not officially confirmed by the manufacturer.
Funko has discontinued the Wilden Lightfoot Pop! Vinyl Figure (SKU 723), so it is no longer in print and cannot be purchased new from the manufacturer. This figure is part of the Disney series and is currently only available through the secondary market, such as online resale platforms, where prices often exceed the original retail value.
To condition-check a Wilden Lightfoot Pop! Disney, inspect the vinyl surface for any cracks, chips, or paint imperfections, paying close attention to the character's feet and the base where stress fractures commonly occur. Verify that the figure is securely seated in its box and that the window is free of scratches or cloudiness, as these factors significantly impact resale value. While you can perform a basic visual inspection at home, obtaining a professional grade from a third-party service like PSA is the only way to receive an official condition score for authentication and market valuation.
