No, the Winifred Sanderson (Magic Hands) Pop! Disney is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure released as part of the Hocus Pocus collection and is widely available through major retailers and the secondary market.
The Winifred Sanderson (Magic Hands) Pop! Disney figure, SKU 557, typically retails for approximately $12.99 to $14.99. As a standard, unsealed production item, its market value generally remains at or slightly below retail price, with sealed copies occasionally commanding a small premium if the figure is difficult to find in stores.
To authenticate your Winifred Sanderson (Magic Hands) Pop! (SKU 557), first verify that the figure is made of vinyl with a matte finish and that the "Funko" logo is clearly embossed on the base. Check the packaging for the correct SKU number, a scannable barcode, and the "Licensed by Disney" trademark, as counterfeit items often feature blurry printing, incorrect color schemes, or missing licensing text. If the figure feels unusually light, has sharp seams, or the eyes are not properly aligned, it is likely a replica, and you should compare it against high-resolution images of the official product from Funko's website or a reputable retailer.

To condition-check a Funko Pop! figure, inspect the vinyl surface for scratches, scuffs, or paint chips, paying close attention to the hands and facial features where wear is most common. Verify that the figure is properly seated in its base and that the eyes are aligned, as misalignment is a common defect. Check the packaging for any creases, tears, or fading, particularly if you are evaluating it as a sealed collectible.
