Common questions about the Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) Pop! Disney from Funko.
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
No, the Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) Pop! Disney (SKU 440) is not considered rare. It is a standard production figure from a widely distributed series, and while specific variants like Chase or limited editions may be harder to find, the base model is generally available through major retailers and secondary markets.
The retail value of the Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) Pop! Disney (SKU 440) is typically around $12.99. As a standard production item, its secondary market value generally hovers near this retail price, with slight variations depending on the condition of the figure and the availability of the original packaging.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) #440, verify that the box features the official Funko logo and a holographic security sticker, and check that the vinyl figure has clean, sharp molding without excessive flash or paint bleed. The base should be solid and unmarked, and the balloon accessory should be securely attached with a consistent color match to the official product images. If the packaging lacks the standard SKU number 440 or the figure feels unusually lightweight, it may be a counterfeit, so comparing it against high-resolution images from Funko’s official website is recommended.
Funko does not publicly release specific dates for individual Pop! Vinyl figures, so the exact release date for the Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) figure (SKU 440) is not reliably documented. While this character design has been part of the Disney line for many years, Funko typically only provides release information for new exclusive drops or major collection launches, making it difficult to pinpoint the initial availability of this specific SKU without speculation.
Funko has discontinued the Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon) Pop! Disney figure, SKU 440, so it is no longer in print. While it is no longer available to buy new from official retailers, you may find used copies on secondary markets like eBay or Amazon.
To condition-check a Funko Pop! Winnie the Pooh (with Balloon), inspect the vinyl figure for surface scratches, paint chips, or mold lines, paying close attention to the balloon accessory and Pooh's facial features. Verify that the figure fits snugly within the window box without excessive movement, as a loose fit can indicate prior handling or storage issues. Check the box for any dents, creases, or sticker damage, and ensure the holographic sticker is intact if the item is sealed.
