Common questions about the Witch King Pop! Rides from Funko (2019).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Witch King Pop! Rides figure is not considered rare, as it was a standard mass-produced release from Funko's 2019 lineup. Like most standard edition Pop! Rides figures, it was widely distributed through major retailers and online marketplaces, making it relatively easy to find in new or used condition.
The value of a 2019 Funko Pop! Rides Witch King (SKU 63) varies significantly based on condition and whether it is sealed, with typical retail prices for new figures generally ranging from $15 to $30. Because this item is a standard release from a few years ago, it has not appreciated substantially, and used copies in good condition often sell for less than the original retail price. For the most accurate current valuation, checking recent completed sales on platforms like eBay is recommended.
To authenticate your Witch King Pop! Rides figure, first verify that the box is sealed with the correct 2019 release date and displays the specific SKU number 63. Inspect the figure for consistent paint application, proper eye detailing, and the correct sculpting of the horse and rider, as counterfeit versions often feature blurry printing or misaligned parts. You can also compare the weight and packaging quality against known authentic examples, as fakes frequently use lighter plastic and lower-grade cardboard. If the item lacks a holographic sticker or has significant manufacturing defects, it is likely not genuine.

The Witch King Pop! Rides (SKU 63) is no longer in print and is not available for purchase new from Funko. This figure was part of the 2019 Lord of the Rings release wave and has since been discontinued. Collectors seeking this item must look to the secondary market, where prices are typically significantly higher than the original retail value.
To condition-check a Witch King Pop! Rides, inspect the figure for common defects such as paint chips, seam lines, or scratches on the plastic, paying particular attention to the horse and rider details. Verify that the eyes are properly aligned and that the figure stands upright without wobbling, which can indicate a loose joint or base issue. For a formal grade, you would need to submit the item to a third-party authentication service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on its physical state.
