No, the Wonder Woman (The Contest) Pop! Heroes figure is not considered rare. It is a standard production item released in 2021 and was widely available through major retailers and online marketplaces. While specific color variants or limited editions of this character may be harder to find, the standard SKU 391 figure remains a common collectible.
The value of the 2021 Wonder Woman (The Contest) Pop! Heroes figure (SKU 391) fluctuates based on condition, packaging integrity, and current market demand. As a standard retail release, its value is typically close to its original retail price, often ranging between $15 and $25 for a new, unopened box. Prices may be lower for opened figures or those with damaged packaging, and specific marketplaces like eBay or Pop! Marketplaces provide the most accurate real-time valuations.
To authenticate your Funko Pop! Heroes Wonder Woman (The Contest) figure, verify that the packaging displays the official Funko logo, the correct SKU number 391, and a valid UPC barcode. Inspect the figure for high-quality paint application, sharp sculpting details, and the presence of the "Heroes" branding on the base, which distinguishes this line from standard Pop! Vinyls. If the figure feels lightweight, has rough seams, or lacks the specific character-specific accessories included in the 2021 release, it may be a counterfeit. For definitive confirmation, you can compare the item against official Funko product images or consult with a certified authentication service.

Condition-checking a Funko Pop! Heroes figure primarily involves inspecting the vinyl for surface imperfections such as paint chips, scratches, or mold lines, as well as verifying that the head articulation moves smoothly without excessive play. You should also examine the packaging for any signs of damage, such as crushed corners, creases, or tears, which can significantly impact the item's value if it is being sold as a sealed collectible. While third-party grading services exist for some collectibles, most individual buyers and sellers rely on detailed photographs of the figure and box to assess condition rather than professional grading.
