Common questions about the Xerxes Pop! Movies from Funko (2023).
The answers below are provided by contributors and may not be fully accurate. Verify important details before relying on them.
The Xerxes Pop! Movies figure is not considered rare, as it was part of a standard mass-production run released by Funko in 2023. Like most standard vinyl figures from major movie franchises, it was widely distributed through retail channels and does not carry limited edition markings.
The Xerxes Pop! Movies figure (SKU 1475) is a standard retail item that typically trades at or near its original retail price, usually between $10 and $15, depending on current market availability. As a common character from a major franchise, it does not command a significant premium over its MSRP in the secondary market. Prices can fluctuate slightly based on local stock levels, but it is not considered a rare or high-value collectible.
To authenticate your Xerxes Pop! Movies figure, verify that the packaging is a sealed, glossy box with the correct SKU 1475 and the 2023 release date printed on the back. Examine the vinyl for consistent molding, sharp paint lines, and the standard Funko logo on the base, as counterfeit items often exhibit blurry printing or poor plastic quality. While there is no unique serial number for this specific item, you can cross-reference the box art and figure details against official Funko product listings to confirm authenticity.
The Xerxes Pop! Movies was released in 2023 by Funko.
Funko does not publicly disclose real-time print status for specific Pop! figures, so it is not possible to definitively state if the Xerxes figure is currently in print. However, because this character is from the 2023 film *300: Rise of an Empire*, the figure is likely subject to standard production cycles and may be difficult to find in retail stores. You should check major online retailers for new stock, as availability often fluctuates based on demand and restocking schedules.
Condition-checking a Funko Pop! involves inspecting the vinyl figure for surface defects such as paint overspray, scratches, or mold lines, while also verifying that the box is free of significant dings, creases, or wear. For a formal grade, you must submit the item to a third-party grading service like PSA, which will assign a numerical score based on the figure's and packaging's condition. Be aware that the Xerxes Pop! from the 2023 *300* movie release is a standard production item, so its value is primarily driven by its sealed condition and rarity within that specific series.
